The #1 WORST and #1 BEST Beef for a Flat Stomach

Tonight we eatin' STEAK!  Oh yeahhhh!  Love us some steak.

BUT, we sure aren't going to be having traditional store-bought, grain-fed, non-organic beef...nope!

Here are all the problems with traditional beef:

2.  You know that steroid-freak at your local gym that you look at and say "that ain't natural"?  Well, traditionally raised cows are on about 100xs the amount of steroids that he is!  The #1 goal of farmers raising traditional cows is to fatten them up as fast as possible so they can get maximum beef from each cow in minimum time.  In fact, traditionally raised cows go from 80 lbs to over 1200 pounds in just 14 months.  VERY profitable for the farmer; VERY unnatural and detrimental to the health of the cow and subsequently YOUR health when you eat this hormone-laden beef.

3.  Now, as if all those hormones weren't bad enough, traditional cows are also given loads of antibiotics to both treat and prevent disease outbreaks that could easily spread throughout an entire herd due to the extremely crowded conditions that these cows are raised in.  Did you know the #1 use of antibiotics in America is in animal feed?  In turn, these antibiotics leak into the food supply and can do a number on your health.  Just look at the devestation and "infestation" they can cause within YOUR body as outlined on our page here.

I don't know about you, but I just can't stomach eating THAT kind of beef!  Instead, for my family we choose organic, free-range, grass-fed beef.  Instead of being overloaded with inflammation-promoting Omega-6 fatty acids, naturally raised grass-fed beef is rich in anti-inflammatory Omega-3s and also another form of belly-blasting fat called conjugated linoleic acid.

And of course, naturally-raised, organic grass-fed beef is hormone and anti-biotic free, which means you don't have to worry about filling your body with all that junk that can really destroy your health.

Now, yes, organic grass-fed beef is a bit more expensive than hormone and antibiotic-laden grain-fed beef, but if you ask me there aren't many items higher on the priority list than my health and the health of my family.  I will GLADLY spend a bit more at the grocery store and spend less on things like entertainment, travel, dining out, accessories, clothing, etc, to ensure my kids and my family are eating food that contibutes to their health instead of food that destroys it.  WELL worth it.
